News...

I haven't written much lately because I don't really have much to say.
Lots of my time is taken up with school, reading, and more school.
I did go for a bike ride today but halfway down a hill my chain suddenly decided to stop working and I went zooming down the hill unable to do anything.


That ended my bike ride.


I did jump on our trampoline for a while but even though it's Autumn it's incredibly hot today and I was sweating by the time I got off the trampoline.
Our trampoline is pretty big and I would go on it a lot more if the weather suited me more. It's always too hot or to cold.

Hmmm, trying and not succeeding

As you can see we don't seem to be doing to well, like I said the trampoline is pretty big, but it's not that big.

Throughout the week I was doing triplet poetry in English. I posted one of my poems before, here are another two I did.



The Mother Duck

The mother duck does waddle most days,
To the nest that sits shaded from the suns rays,
There she will sit and at the eggs she’ll gaze.

They sit so nicely in a neat little stack,
The mother duck sits hoping to hear a small ‘quack.’
Wishing and hoping for a small, tiny, crack.


The Cat

His eyes are staring at the cream,
That sits opposite of the stream,
He suddenly thinks up a clever scheme.

His perfect white feet do step onto,
A rock that sits in the stream, blue,
He does give a triumphant mew.


The syllables are sort of wrong in some parts but it was fun doing them anyway.
That's pretty much all the news so I better make this...
